About the event
Upon arriving in England, the Clipper will make her temporary home at the Imperial War Museum at Duxford, where we will particpate in the "Daks Over Normandy" event to commemorate the participation of hundreds of C-47s in dropping troops behind the invasion beaches beginning 05JUN44. There will be numerous opportunities to see the Clipper fly and to meet the crew during a week of festivities at Duxford.
